Meet Moe

For more than 25 years, Citrus Heights has been home to my family. I'm a father of five, businessman, public-school parent, Rotarian and community advocate — and education runs deep in my family, from my brother's work as a superintendent to my daughter's classroom today as a first-grade teacher.

Professionally, my work focuses on transformation, change management and operations — bringing people together, navigating complex change, and turning plans into measurable results.

I’m running for the San Juan Unified Board of Education because I believe our community deserves safe and modern schools, strong academics, supported teachers and staff, engaged parents, responsible stewardship and a district focused on results for every student.
